Our buyers range from first-time buyers looking for their first home to investors. Just so there is no confusion let me tell you that we are not realtors and these are not our listings, these are our properties--we own them.
Our properties are generally located in Butte, Yuba and Sutter counties of Northern California. Occasionally we acquire properties located in other areas.
We offer properties in a wide variety of conditions; anywhere from totally remodeled in "immaculate, cherry condition" to "as-is, where-is". Each house is different and the condition will be identified in the description.

Are you getting tired of finding out about your perfect house just after the Offer Pending or Sold sign goes up? If our current properties do not fit your needs, click on the My Dream Home Is... . Since we buy houses, we never know what we are going to buy tomorrow or next week. If you submit your information to us, we will keep it in our database. When we acquire a new property, we review our database and notify potential buyers before releasing the information to the general public. This allows you to get a jump on the competition, to be moving in instead of moving on.
Loan Pre-qualification
It is always a good idea to visit a mortgage banker for loan pre-qualification before you begin your house hunt. However, we also work with homebuyers to help them find a mortgage banker with an array of loan options so they can select a program that will work for their individual situation.
